XPEL is the name everyone knows. They pioneered the pattern database (DAP) and their Ultimate Plus film is solid — 10-year warranty, good self-healing, and the widest installer network. If you walk into most shops, this is what they carry. It's the safe choice.

STEK DYNOshield

STEK has been pushing hard with their nano-coating technology and specialty films like DYNOmatte and DYNOprism. Good warranty, competitive pricing, and they offer some unique color-shift options that other brands don't. Growing presence in the PNW.

3M Scotchgard Pro

3M is a legacy brand. The Pro Series has improved a lot over the years, but they still lag behind in specialty offerings. Where 3M wins is price — if you just want clear gloss protection on a budget, it gets the job done.
