New for September 2026: EMWRAPS Printable PPF is custom artwork printed directly onto self-healing UNITY USA TPU paint protection film — one material, one install, no raised edges, 10-year film warranty. Developed together with UNITY USA since October 2025. Every build is defined by two choices: the base material (white, the traditional opaque ground, or clear — our new option, where the factory paint shows through wherever there is no ink) and the top-layer finish (gloss or Stealth matte). The launch build, a white pearl Toyota GR Supra "Sakura" with cherry blossom branches, a rising sun, and a seigaiha wave roof, is the first full-car clear-base build and reached 200,000+ views in its first 10 hours on Instagram.
Base Material: Clear (New) or White (Traditional)
- Clear base: ink goes on optically clear TPU; unprinted areas are as invisible as standard clear PPF, so the paint — including pearl and metallic finishes — becomes part of the design. Best for artwork over paint you want to keep and show off.
- White base: the artwork prints on a solid white ground, so colors read exactly as designed on any paint color. Best for full-coverage graphics, liveries, solid colors, and dark or mismatched paint; doubles as a full color change with PPF protection built in.
Top Layer: Gloss or Stealth (Matte)
- Gloss: high-shine self-healing lamination with the depth of fresh clear coat; makes pearl and metallic paint pop under a clear base.
- Stealth (matte): satin-matte self-healing lamination that flattens the print into a stealth finish and hides light swirls.

- One install, no raised edges: the traditional alternative is a printed vinyl wrap with clear PPF laid over it — two materials, two installations, and raised graphic edges under the film.
- Real protection: it is TPU paint protection film — self-healing, rock-chip resistant, 10-year film warranty (ink longevity follows the ink manufacturer's specification).
- Removable: comes off like any PPF, leaving the original paint untouched.

How a Build Works
- Concept, base & finish — your artwork or ours, mocked up on your vehicle; base and finish sampled on your paint color.
- Print & laminate — printed onto UNITY USA TPU on the chosen base, sealed under the gloss or Stealth self-healing top layer.
- Wet install & cure — installed like clear PPF, 48-hour cure, then normal PPF care.
