Food Truck Wraps & Branding — Seattle | EMWRAPS

Your truck is your brand. Custom-designed food-grade vinyl wraps, food-safe laminates, and high-impact menu graphics that bring customers across the parking lot.

Who We Serve

  • Food trucks (single & multi-truck operators)
  • Mobile kitchens & catering trucks
  • Coffee trucks & espresso vans
  • Ice cream trucks & dessert mobiles
  • Beer / wine pop-up trucks
  • Mobile pizza ovens

Why Fleet Branding Works

  • Food trucks live or die by curb appeal — your wrap is the first impression every potential customer gets.
  • Trucks operate in heat, grease, frequent washing, and direct sun — generic vinyl fails fast in this environment.
  • Menu visibility from 30 feet away matters — typography and layout drive line length.
  • Brand consistency across multi-truck operations is hard without a master design file.

How It Works

Discovery call → 2–3 concept designs → menu layout review → photo-realistic mockups → production on food-safe laminated cast vinyl → install in our Seattle bay (1–3 days for a single truck). We keep the master file for future trucks and refresh wraps as your menu evolves.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a food truck wrap cost in Seattle?

Food truck wraps are custom-quoted by project. Pricing depends on truck size, coverage (full wrap vs. side-panel branding), menu complexity, and laminate selection. Multi-truck operations qualify for volume discounts (5% for 2 trucks, 10% for 3–4, scaling up).

Is the wrap food-safe?

Yes — we use cast vinyl with UV-protective overlaminate that's grease-resistant, heat-resistant (to ~120°F surface temp), and rated for frequent power-washing. The materials don't off-gas at normal operating temperatures.

Can you redesign my menu graphics later?

Yes. We keep your master design file indefinitely. Menu refreshes (new items, price updates, seasonal specials) are quick — usually under a day to swap out menu panels with fresh prints. New trucks added to your operation print directly from the same file.

How do you handle the awkward shapes on a food truck (window service area, prep window)?

We pre-template every panel. Service windows are masked off cleanly, with the wrap edge tucked into the window frame for a finished look. Roof vents, propane racks, and exterior fixtures are wrapped around or templated out of the design.

Volume discounts on a sliding scale: 5% (2 vehicles), 10% (3–4), 15% (5–9), 18% (10–24), 20%+ (25+).
